Two rowdies misbehaved with my mother and I was beaten up by one of them. Next day my mother bought something from the medical shop. It was poison which I did not know. She said it was for my good. Luckily that moment Marialaya teacher came. She takes regular non formal class in our area. She intervened and put me in Marialaya. I am now in 5th standard. My mother is a self help group member."
bulletAn anxious parent : "My daughter studies well of late she was falling in all the subjects. I heard through her friends she was in love with aboy. I scolded her, so she ran away. Thank god, I received a telegram about this from Marialaya. I am once agin with my daughter. The counsellar in Marialaya has helped me in dealing with the issue. I am doubly happy."

And I am employed in an export company earning rs 1000."
