February, 1991 - Night shelter created at one classroom of St. Francis Xavier School, Broadway, Chennai.

June, 1991 - A shelter home called Marialaya inaugurated at 29, Pedariar Koil Street, Chennai.

1992 - Started to reach out to street girls through contacts and survey

1993 - Implemented the Govt. of India scheme with 18 street-based centers

January, 1994 - Took charge of Special Care Home at Govt. Juvenile Guidance Home, Kellys, Chennai.

1994 - Started Vocational Training center at Kannapar Thidal, Chennai 

1995 - Took up co-ordination of Madras NGO forum for street and working children

1998 - Organized a training program called Transit School

1999 - Started a shelter home for adolescent and run-away street girls created

2000 – New construction of shelter cum Vocational Training Center at 29, Pedariar Koil Street, Chennai-600 001

2001 – Construction of short-stay home and women promotion center at 51, Shanmugarayan Street, Chennai 600 001
